    On September 9th, Red Bird welcomes Vieux Farka Touré, the Malian guitar virtuoso known worldwide as "The Hendrix of the Sahara”, for a rare Okanagan performance. Son of the legendary Ali Farka Touré, Vieux has spent two decades carving his own path through desert blues, collaborating with the likes of Khruangbin, Dave Matthews, and Derek Trucks along the way.
