Autumn Rhythms: November at Red Bird

As the days get shorter and the air a little crisper, we’re leaning into cozy season with great beer, fresh coffee, and plenty of good times ahead. November at Red Bird Brewing is all about community, gathering together for live music, fun events, and a pint (or two) of your favourite brew.

Over at Red Bird Roasting, our team has been busy crafting new blends to keep you cozy all season long. Whether you’re looking for beans for brewing at home or dropping by the Roastery for a fresh cup, we’ve got you covered.

From the Brewery

We brewed our 300th beer, and we knew it had to be something worth celebrating. “Shake Yer Tail Feather Sour” is exactly that: a bright red beauty crafted with raspberry, blackberry, and prickly pear, bursting with tart, juicy flavour and just the right amount of wild. It’s vibrant, playful, and a nod to everything we love about craft beer, from creativity and community to the people who make it all happen.

From the Bar

Our Espresso Martini is making its debut this November! A smooth, rich blend that perfectly connects our brewery and roastery. It’s made with house-infused vodka using roasted coffee from Red Bird Roasting, plus a fresh shot of espresso brewed from the same beans across the road. Shaken with vanilla syrup and Baileys, it’s a deliciously balanced cocktail that celebrates the best of both sides of Red Bird.

We’re super excited to launch our fall menu next week! The new menu has been curated to bring you cozy comfort and seasonal bites. Stay tuned to our Instagram page for updates!

● Autumn Harvest Salad – Kale, roasted squash, candied walnuts, and goat cheese with a caramelized shallot vinaigrette.
● Beef Dip Panini – In-house roasted beef, provolone, and caramelized onions with thyme au jus for the perfect dunk.
● Chili con Carne – A zesty Southwest beef chili with hearty ground chuck steak, black beans, corn, cheddar, and sour cream.
● Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake – Pumpkin mascarpone cheesecake with pie crumb and whipped cream.
● Dessert Pizza – Bananas, Nutella, mascarpone cream, and roasted pistachios, because dessert should always be this fun.
