Welcome to December at Red Bird, where we’re bringing the holiday spirit to every corner of our brewery! This month, we have exciting new beers, festive cocktails, and delicious menu updates to keep you warm. From our Holiday Market with local vendors to holiday-themed events, Mario Kart tournaments, Drag Bingo, Santa Fun Day, and even a Christmas Eve PJ Party, we’re celebrating the season in style. And don’t miss our New Year’s Eve Glitz & Gold party to ring in 2025!

Rewind Red Ale

Warm up this winter with our Rewind Red Ale! This easy-drinking pint features a slightly grainy, biscuity palate with a touch of roasted dryness for a perfectly balanced finish. Inspired by the old motor rewinding shop that once stood where our brewery now thrives, it’s a brew that celebrates the idea of making the old new again. Cozy, nostalgic, and oh-so-satisfying—grab a pint and rewind with us this season!

Bird Light Cans

Did you know we have Bird Light cans available at the craft beer concession at Prospera Place? Next time you are at a concert or hockey game, be sure to swing by the concession to check out their line-up of local craft beer!

Our Bird Light Lager is a crisp, refreshing brew with a smooth, clean finish—perfect for easy sipping any time of year.

Cask Fridays

Once a month, we tap a unique, hand-crafted cask available for one day only! From experimental flavours to creative twists on classics, our Cask Fridays are a must-try for beer enthusiasts.

Harvest Spice Red Sangria

Embrace fall with the Harvest Spice Red Sangria. A blend of merlot, brandy, orange juice, and a hint of raspberry syrup, it’s spiced with cinnamon and served with fresh apple and orange slices. It’s autumn in a glass!

Ginger Snap Fizz

Warm up your fall with our Ginger Snap Fizz. This cozy cocktail blends spiced rum, honey, apple, and ginger-ale, topped with a refreshing splash of lemon juice. Garnished with a sprig of rosemary, it’s the perfect seasonal sipper.

Meet our new head chef!

Matt Martin, the head chef at Red Bird Brewing

We’re thrilled to introduce Matt Martin as our new head chef! Matt’s career has taken him from top kitchens here in the Okanagan to international culinary hotspots. With experience training under Michelin-starred chefs in Copenhagen and San Francisco, Matt has developed an incredible palate and a passion for farm-to-table ingredients. After time spent working in Montreal and building his own hot sauce business, he’s returned to the Okanagan to lead our kitchen, bringing exciting upgrades to the menu that we’re eager to share with you this season. Here are a few of his latest creations!
