Some songwriters sound like they were built in a studio. Brett Cassidy sounds like he was built on the road — a decade of touring across Western Canada, late-night rehearsal spaces, and packed bars distilled into songs that sit somewhere between classic country, traditional folk, and indie-psych rock. The Calgary-based multi-instrumentalist brings his authentic sound to Red Bird's patio on Thursday, August 20th, with support from Jaiden Riley opening the night.
