Award-winning indie-folk artist Daniel James McFadyen brings his road-worn storytelling and high-energy live show to Red Bird Brewing on December 3. Following sold-out shows across Canada and the release of Back To The Country, he's quickly becoming one of the country's compelling contemporary folk voices. Tofino based folk singer-songwriter Kieran Campbell opens the night. Tickets start at $20.
On December 5th, the Dan Tait Band brings their folk-Americana sound and three-part harmonies to Red Bird Brewing, with the Cal Volpe Trio opening the evening with groovy originals and rock riffs. Celebrate the Holiday season at Red Bird! Django’s Jewels are bringing their upbeat, 1930s and 40s inspired jazz back to our stage on Saturday, December 19 from 8 to 11 PM. Expect Django Reinhardt style guitar, toe-tapping swing, and Christmas classics from A Charlie Brown Christmas, Nat King Cole, and more, with special guest Ben MacRae on clarinet and sax.
