Live music in Kelowna turns all the way up on Friday, June 12th as Current Swell take over the Red Bird Brewing outdoor stage for a high-energy night of rock, connection, and unforgettable live performance. With music running from 8pm to 11pm, this ticketed event is shaping up to be one of the standout shows of the summer.

Headlining the night is Current Swell, a band known across Canada for their electrifying live shows and deeply loyal fanbase. Often described as a “church of rock and roll,” their performances bring together intensity, joy, and a sense of shared experience that turns every show into something more than just a concert.

With the return of founding member Louis Sadava on bass, the band’s sound feels both refreshed and familiar, blending the energy of their early years with the growth and evolution of their newer work. Their latest EP Peacekeeper, produced by Gus van Go, showcases a band that continues to push forward while staying true to the connection that has defined them.

Whether it’s new material or fan-favourite anthems, Current Swell delivers a live show that is powerful, dynamic, and built for a crowd. Their ability to bring people together through music has made them one of the most beloved acts in modern Canadian rock.
