The hottest dance party of the summer is coming to Red Bird Brewing.

On Friday, June 26, Backyard Sessions returns with Lost In Paradise, an immersive tropical-inspired music experience featuring international dance music sensation Lostboyjay.

Inspired by the energy of Ibiza beach clubs and sunset pool parties, Lost In Paradise transforms Red Bird into a summer escape filled with music, movement, and pure vacation vibes. Expect tropical cocktails, floating beach balls, bubbles drifting through the crowd, sunset skies, and a dance floor that keeps moving long after the sun goes down.

This is more than a concert. It’s a one-night escape.

Headlining the evening is Lostboyjay, one of Canada’s fastest-rising names in dance music. His breakout hit Could Be Wrong became a global sensation and helped launch a career that has now surpassed 300 million streams worldwide. His music has earned support from some of the biggest names in electronic music including Michael Bibi, John Summit, Chris Lake, Mau P, Jamie Jones, and Dombresky.

Known for crafting euphoric melodies, infectious grooves, and high-energy live sets, Lostboyjay creates the kind of atmosphere that turns strangers into friends and dance floors into unforgettable memories.

Additional supporting artists will be announced soon, helping build the soundtrack for an evening that moves from sun-soaked patio energy into a full-scale summer dance party under the Okanagan sky.

We’re also planning a variety of themed activations throughout the property to fully immerse guests in the Lost In Paradise experience. Think frozen cocktails, beach party vibes, tropical décor, interactive experiences, and plenty of surprises throughout the night.

Joining the lineup as direct support is award-winning DJ and producer RUMPUS, one of Canada’s most exciting names in house music.

Known for blending infectious house productions with live drumming, RUMPUS delivers a performance that is equal parts DJ set and live musical experience. His energetic style, shaped by his roots as a punk rock drummer, has earned him a reputation for creating unforgettable dance floors everywhere from intimate clubs to some of the world’s most respected electronic music festivals.

With more than 10 million streams, multiple Beatport-charting releases, and music featured on labels including Insomniac, Club Sweat, Hood Politics, and Westwood Recordings, RUMPUS has earned support from dance music heavyweights including Tiësto, John Summit, Solomun, Dom Dolla, Kaskade, and Anyma. His music has been heard on stages at Tomorrowland, EDC, Coachella, and Ultra Music Festival, while his live performances have lit up festivals including Shambhala, Burning Man, Bass Coast, and Lightning in a Bottle.

Kicking off the evening is Kelowna’s own Tasha Kett, a DJ, vocalist, producer, and songwriter whose vibrant electronic sound has been making waves throughout the Canadian dance music scene.

Known for crafting bright, melodic house music inspired by storytelling and pop sensibilities, Tasha brings an uplifting energy that perfectly captures the spirit of a summer sunset. As both a producer and vocalist, she has collaborated on releases with New York’s Uprise Music and Canada’s Westwood Recordings while sharing stages with artists including Sickick, The Funk Hunters, and Felix Cartal.

Expect feel-good house music, infectious melodies, and the perfect soundtrack as the sun begins to set and Lost In Paradise comes to life.
