Saturday, March 14th brings a double dose of groove-driven energy to Red Bird as the Devon Coyote Trio takes the stage with Nico opening the night.
The Devon Coyote Trio deliver raw, electrifying rock & roll with a chemistry you can feel from the first note. This collective of long-time friends blends Roots, Rock, Blues and beyond into a sound that feels both nostalgic and fresh. Opening the night is Kelowna-based artist Nico — a smooth, genre-blending force of funky-folk and jazzy-soul. Equal parts groove and glow, Nico mixes original music with soulful reimaginings of 70s classics that make you want to move without even thinking about it. Having played everywhere from European streets to North American festivals, Nico brings polish, personality, and just the right amount of swagger to set the tone for the evening.
