Valentines Day Flower Truck Pop-Up

Valentine’s Day shopping just got a whole lot more fun — and a whole lot more local. On Saturday, February 14, we’re welcoming the flower truck from Bread & Butter Blooms to Red Bird Brewing for a DIY Valentine’s Day Bouquet Bar, running from 11am to 5pm or until flowers sell out.


This pop-up was a runaway hit last year, with bouquets selling out in just a few hours — so early arrival is strongly encouraged. Guests are invited to build their own lush, custom bouquet, choosing from a beautiful selection of fresh, locally grown blooms. It’s interactive, high-energy, and the perfect way to create something meaningful for your Valentine (or yourself).


To make the day even sweeter, Red Bird Roasting will be popping up beside the flower truck with curated Valentine’s gift ideas for coffee lovers — including in-house roasted beans, reusable thermal mugs, VSSL pour-over sets, and coffee grinders.
