• Medium Groups (10–12): Reserve one of our five cozy fire pits, a great outdoor option for fall evenings.
• Larger Groups (10–14): Book one of our four indoor tables for a warm and comfortable gathering space.
• Groups Over 14: Feel free to make multiple reservations or contact us through the General Inquiries page for help coordinating your visit.
• Full Venue Bookings: Planning a private event? Visit our Event Venue Buyout page to learn more about hosting your gathering at Red Bird Brewing.
Reservations can be made starting the next day and up to 30 days in advance. If you’re planning further ahead, please contact us through the General Inquiries page.
Reservation Policy – Frequently Asked Questions
General reservations: No, making a reservation is free. We do, however, require a $25 credit card authorization to discourage spam and last-minute cancellations. This amount will only be charged if you fail to show up for your reservation. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the pre-auth to expire.
Event reservations: Yes, event reservations are paid and non-refundable.
You can book your reservations starting tomorrow and up to a month in advance.
We hold reservations for up to 15 minutes past the reservation start time. After that, they are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please vacate the fire pit/ table at the end of your allotted time to allow the next guest to enjoy it. If there is space available, you can move to other available tables/ fire pits.
General reservations: If your plans change, or you need to adjust your reservation, you can modify or cancel it up to 24 hours before your reservation time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so please contact us if you need to request a cancellation, and we will do our best to assist you.
Event reservations: Unfortunately, event reservations cannot be canceled or modified.
Minors are not allowed to make reservations. However, they are welcome at Red Bird until 10 p.m., except during 19+ events. They must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
We reserve the right to check IDs upon arrival and to refuse service and deny reservations to patrons who appear intoxicated.
Yes, you do. While your event ticket grants you entry, you will need to make a separate reservation if you’d like to have a table/ fire pit reserved while you enjoy the show. Please use the form above to submit your reservation request.
Two Possible Reasons:
Already Reserved: The table/ fire pit might be reserved by someone else. In this case, it won’t be available for booking unless there’s a cancellation.
Temporary Hold: When you select a table/ fire pit on the booking form, we temporarily hold it for you for to ensure you have enough time to complete your reservation. During this period, some tables/ fire pits may appear as reserved because they are being held for other users who are also trying to make a reservation. If those users do not complete their reservations, the tables/ fire pits will become available again. So, if your preferred table/ fire pit isn’t available right away, check back in 10–15 minutes to see if it becomes available!
